World’s only correctly folded full-length protein array

SENGENICS IMMUNOME™ is a patented, novel protein array technology that results in high-throughput and rapid expression of correctly folded proteins by using biotin carboxyl carrier protein (BCCP) as a folding marker and solubility enhancer. It contains full-length human proteins from different classes of important proteins including kinases, signalling molecules, cytokines, interleukins and cancer antigens. The slides are coated with Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) which preserves protein folding and inhibits binding of non-specific proteins. Every protein on the array is cloned in frame with the BCCP folding marker. Misfolded proteins will not become biotinylated and are washed away. Only correctly folded proteins are biotinylated and immobilised on the array.

Autoantibody Biomarker Discovery

Diagnostics and therapeutics biomarker discovery for any condition where an autoimmune response is involved. This includes cancers, autoimmune diseases, autism and most neurodegenerative conditions.

Cancer
Immunotherapy

Stratifying patients who will go on to have a toxic response to cancer immunotherapy drugs on the basis of their autoantibody signature.

Infectious
Diseases

Rapid, high-throughput and sensitive diagnosis of infectious diseases by using custom arrays spotted with viral and bacterial proteins.

Predicting Vaccine Responsiveness

Screening or testing of new vaccines via quantification of interaction between viral proteins and their receptors on human cells, to include measurement of disruption by new vaccines.
